Having faith
And trust in yourself and others
Riding out the worst of your problems with hope in your heart
  and a friend at your side
Moments in time that begin badly get worse and somehow end up
Okay again even if you feel out of sync because you have
No guarantees and
You finally start to feel a peace of mind
  because you know that somehow, no matter how bad things get,
  everything will be okay in the end,
  and if it's not okay, then it's not the end.

it really is ok....
Melody, you are so... right...one must keep and have faith/trust...w/oneself as well as w/others.we all go thru a dark period @ one time or more in our life...and it is always followed by something great..everything has a purpose...we become strong in the transition..thank you for sharing such a lovely poem .Terrie*
