Looking Into The Mirror
12 November, 2000
Author: Nemo Nevwyn
I look in upon myself and what do i see?
But a reflection of that which is me.
A glimer of inspiration crosses one face,
but not the other.
"You are what you are ...
a writer of your soul ...
Your emotions puppets to your pen
a play for all to see ..."
As the other realizes the sense it makes
He replies with, "For goodness Sakes!"
The other looks bewildered,
and puts a questioning look on his face.
"You are what you are ...
As I am you, you are me ...
Yet who is who ...
And what are you !?!
Who is the reflection ...
Pondering what was just said.
Both begin to scratch their head.
And so the first to respond looks to other with an insite.
And walks away from the mirror and turns off the light.
"I am the one of flesh,
He who lives through the suffering.
I am the puppet master!
Whos pen makes his emotions play.
I still exist in this dark world."
