A Dreamer's Creed
7 July, 1999
author: Rebecca Ditch-Hammack (aka Dreamer)
Nothing is worse
than baring the state of perpetual consequences
So I will choose my own destiny and follow my own heart
For it to remain full is above the treasures of a king's ransom
For Love I sacrifice nothing... and everything
For my heart I willingly give all
In a moment touched by pure love,
there is enough strength to last a lifetime of consequences
And for this I would give my life
For all that stand in judgment of me
I pity you
For you will never feel the intensity of true passion
You will never feel the complete freedom when its blowing through your hair
Nor will you ever truly know who you are
Or even begin to know who I am
I consider myself so blessed
For my heart feels as though it has been touched by legions of angels
Each touch giving me the strength to face my own fears
I will not stand still and let consequences rule me
I will not bow down because it is the right thing to do
I will be who I am
I will live each day as if it could be my last
and if tomorrow nae' come...
I will have lived a full life
For I am not just another dreamer...
For I alone, make my own dreams come true
