The Victim - Pedophile
12 March, 2000
author: Rebecca Ditch-Hammack (aka Dreamer)
There is a man who fathered a child
Then stole his innocence away
He watched as his mother was beaten
He was threatened with her death each day
Cigarette burns, making stomachs churn
Disgusting, hateful acts he was made to perform,
Another child watching in fear from the door
Both the children's minds he conformed
Inhumane acts, as the man sodomized his child
Unknown by any surrounding adults
Until it was too late, life forever warped
Each week for the child therapy consults
The man was let go as the courts went astray
Another story of a well paid system gone bad
Free on the streets he now stalks endlessly
A mother and a child's dreams so sad
Unfortunately the story does not end here
As the man fathers yet again, with such pride
"A girl child" he exclaims in toast at the bar
Now the mother of the boy child just cries
