Cruel And Unusual Girl
29 October, 2003
Author: Ben Laney
Caught in a rain
that was unexpected
I wasn't looking
for anything new
Baby, the last thing
I ever suspected
was that I'd run across
a creature like you
You're a cruel
and unusual girl
Such a cruel
and unusual girl
From one
moment to the next
I can't
begin to guess
wheather pain
or pleasure will unfurl
Ooh, you're a cruel,
cruel and unusual girl
I can hold you
close for a moment
then turn around
and you're not there
Oh, you're full of
unpredictable passion
Seems you always catch me,
catch me unaware
You're a cruel
and unusual girl
Such a cruel
and unusual girl
From one
moment to the next
I can't
begin to guess
wheather pain
or pleasure will unfurl
Ooh, you're a cruel,
cruel and unusual girl

This was written over ten years ago! Thanks again! ***Ben ________________________________________________ Pamela, thank you sooo much for your encouraging comment here. And yes, I recall that Maneater song, too. I appreciate that you think mine is kinder! Ha! Ha! Haaaa! I'm an unusual man, but I don't want to be TOO cruel! I really am trying to be good. Ha! Ha! Haaaa! Thanks again!***Ben |
