Your Life
21 January, 2003
author: Rebecca Ditch-Hammack (aka Dreamer)
It's not about death and dieing
It's more about life and surviving
The freedom to live as you want
Without your growth being stunt
So many other emotions you will learn
Hurt won't only be fire and brimstone
Someday you will have to face
That growing & striving is not a disgrace
Sometimes things are for your own good
Though you don't see it now in a few years you should
There are limits to all things in life
With each new day will come some new fight
Each hurt will give voice
To a new day of choice
As you grow older you will see
Each days journey was meant to be
Pushed to your limits new boundries built
You will find there's no time for such pain
To get on with life and give way to strife
One day it will be your turn to run your own life
