Endless Parade Of Facade

I watch as they walk past
Heads held high in the air
Thinking of how they appear
Thinking of how special they are
They feel themselves unique
though each and everyone is the same
no better than the next
Yet they roll their eyes
Ah yes, they are special
unique unto themselves
but with their air of dignity
they lose the individuality of who they are
