Us

No one understands our distance
Or how our love can thrive
Together we have been through much
Apart, our love still survives
You let us live in different worlds
My love, you let me sing
You could have made it hard for me
But you know the joy it brings
And when you chose to move away
To work so far from home
I didn't tell you not to go
In freedom, I let you roam
In trust we only grow closer
We each can be who we are
In Love we are strong forever
No distance is to too far
Strangely we are more in love
Than we were before
Appreciating what each other gives
Our strength is our rapport
