Meantime
20 June, 2001
author: Rebecca Ditch-Hammack (aka Dreamer)
Waiting for life to change
But in the meantime
The computer adds its woes
In the meantime...
I go to the store and go shopping
in the meantime
I try not to think of the sobbing
in the mean time...
I wait for the phone to ring
But in the meantime
I cook some dinner for the kids
in the mean time...
I wash all the clothes
in the mean time
Trying not to think of the woes
in the mean time...
With all the things I do
in the mean time
It's a wonder I get anything done
in the mean time...
So I guess I will just write a poem
in the mean time
It's boring waiting at home
in the mean time....
