My Immortal, My Despair

~ The icy cold chill upon my skin as I grab the razor and dig it in.
It cuts across my skin releasing pain like a peircing scream, if only someone could hear it.
The pain within.
No matter what its there, I cry for help, yet no one hears.
I fall down into the depths of this dark and empty soul.
I lie here on the floor motionless just the drip-drop of the red laced ribbon gliding from my wrist and hitting the floor.
If i love myself why must i do this?
To feel relieved or just to bleed, why do i care, what does it matter the pain will alwayz be there.
My immortal, and my despair is my life I just don't care.

I grab the razor once again dig it in a little deeper into my scars of pain that tell my life story.

My Immortal & My Despair

------- Author's Notes -------

This poem is about me, my life how i choose to deal with things I know its not the best way but until i find a better way the scars will always be my immortal and my biggest despair.
