Silver Spoon

Author: Barbara Goodhew
We wonder how some seem to get everything.
While others seem to get nothing.
The ones with everything must of been born with a
Silver Spoon they get all the breaks.
The ones with nothing say they get no breaks in life.
Well if respect, working hard and trust means having a silver spoon.
Then we all know people that were born into poverty with a
wooden spoon, changing it into a silver spoon.
We have to earn what we want like respect. trust and getting
A SILVER SPOON

Oh, how wonderful....I love your "Silver Spoon" poem and the way it talks about earning to get where you're at...The prosperous people in today's society are so successful because they start applying themselves to achieve and accomplish their goals.....And that's how they got where their at..... I was wondering Barb....do they have silver forks and knives? Just kidding! Another lovely message in your "life journeys" category, "Silver Spoon"! Yeaaaaaa for Barb!!! Meridian |
