The Morning After
26 April, 2004
Author: Tzuhsi
The morning after
I awake
Sick
Scared
Beaten
Raped
I remember
As if it were a dream
Everything that happened
Everthing he did to me
His large strong hands
Around my neck
Choking me
While he smiles
And breaks a little sweat
Unable to scream
Unable to shout
He has me
I can't get out
He stroked my face
As if he cared
But in his eyes
I saw the hate he bared
He raped me
Over
And over
Until there was nothing I could say
All I could do
Was silently pray
I prayed to God
It would be over fast
I prayed that all the pain
Wouldn't last
He leaned down
To kiss my lips
As he held me down
By my wrists
I couldn't get away
I couldn't move
He had me trapped
And no one knew
Bound by rope
Tied to the bed
He finally left
He left me for dead
