Haunting Portrait

Build a brick wall
Lock me out
Throw away the key and forget about me
Place your knife in my shaking hand,
The damage is incomplete
Place me in your room where the presence lingers
Staring back at me with the reflection
That I glace upon in the blade
Ashes to ashes dust to dust
Smile down at me while my heart begins to rust
Blood drips against the floor just so you can feed
On my bloods purity
Watch my throat that just broke
In words that can’t be said,
I begin to choke,
While I'm bleeding
Sew my heart up tight
Close it
It’ll be all right
Lock me away throw me in your case
Gaze upon an old photograph
Her hazel eyes
And an angel smile,
I beg to be her again,
Once the god’s child
Now another useless
Living in the devils sin
Block me out
Build me a shelter,
Keep me here.
Throw me down your river,
Razor against my skin
I bleed for a reason
A drop of blood for a second
I don't need you.
Block you out of my dreams
Beg to remove your name from my screams.
One two three,
Another cry slicing threw the silence of the night.
Blood falls against my skin,
I bleed once again so I don't need you
Sew my heart up tight
Throw it down the river,
And forget about me
My damage is still incomplete
Shadows in my imagination linger there,
Where are you to save me from me?
Flames burn against the wall in my eyes.
Your presence still lingers here in-between the lights
Build me a cage lock me out throw away the key
And forget about me
Place your knife in my shaking
Hand, the damage is incomplete
Take me lock me in your Portrait that haunts me.
Bury me next to him
And keep my lonesome.
Promise me forever, and please god put my broken heart back together
Bury my heart deep into your mind
There I’ll lay haunting those who leave me behind
