Silence
3 May, 2004
Author: Tricia
Three nights we spent in sweet silence.
These nights are nights to be untold.
For the break of this silence could only unfold.
The love we have had, the love that we share.
must be kept as a secret. shhh shhh dont say a word
The touch of your hand upon my skin,
the softness of your kiss upon my lips,
the look in your eyes, ohhh this silence I can't abide.
shhhh shhhh sshhhh dont say a word.
Laying there in your arms feeling your warmth behind me
cuddle close for this, for the time will fly by.
Three short days and two short nights. Is all we have to show our love just right. shhh shhhh dont say a word
This silence surrounds me like the fog of a cold winters night. silence burns like a hot summers day. Kills me inside to know, i must keep quiet. shhhh shhhh dont say a word.
Kiss my lips, hush my worries, hold me tight and please dont hurry. shhhh shhhhhhh silence dont say a word.
A secret love, forbidden love, a love so true yet so impossible so shhh shhh dont tell a soul for i love you so.

Both of them are in silence, waiting for the next move; the next road to take....the next alley...lol I can envision your poem taking place before my eyes, because of your creativity and nack for doing a congratulatory job! The shhh, sounds...A sign of alliteration! Wonderful Tricia! Have fun, Meridian |
