Lunar Eclipse
6 May, 2004
Author: Moonstarshine
Clear summer night..
and there it shines
the ravishing full moon..
in all its glory
sparkling its shimmery rays
upon the mystical dark night
waiting for a sight it yearns
when the tango with Sun begins
Slowly stealthily the Sun creeps
upon the quiet thoughts of
the silent dazzling Moon.
She swoons..into a rhythm
of a slow dance..
up close..and so personal
Sliding soft the Sun
brushes itself over
the beauty of the
Lunar Queen..
hiding her complete
into the shadows
of itself
Both lost
in the total
eclipse
The begining
of a yearning
awaited and
with passing
time..
complete.

I can almost see the shimmering rays of the moon, and other artistic views in your amateur writing style!! LOVELY MOON! JUST LOVELY MOONSTARSHINE! Smile, Meridian |
