Moths Vacuumed
1 September, 2002
Author: Maranda Berkley
Broken down in stahls of bathrooms
Like tiny moths we're sucked in and vacuumed
Hiding in cocoons by hundreds
Side by side doing unforgivables
Snorts of blow the finest powder
Slices of wrists and blades we've plowed through
Huddling on floors in tiny boxes
Where no one is around to see we've lost it
Our cocoons our temples
The ropes once holding us together we've fell through
We flock to stahls of bathrooms
Breaking down and apart alone and helpless
Side by side each story different
The same pain and moans
Heard when another enters
Cluttered scabs and blades left untouched
For the secrets hidden within a tiny hut
Never leave or speak or breath about
In stahls of bathrooms
Where the troubled break down
Inside, side by side vacuumed
Tiny moths doing unforgivables
