For My Grandmother
17 May, 2002
Author: Maranda Berkley
For my Grandmother
I hold to my heart dear
All the memories we've made
Throughout the years
All the hugs and kisses
And love we have shared
This kind of relationship between
A Grandmother and her Granddaughter
Should be cherished
For my Grandmother
I hold my soul close
All the advice and wise words
Nobody else knows
All the encouragements
And the tight bond that quickly grew
My favorite Grandmother
This poem is for you
I love you
