For Dee
8 May, 2002
Author: Maranda Berkley
This feels weird without Dee here she's be talking of
loves lost time passed good feeling and drugs she'd be
taking her sweet time with each cigarette puff sucking
on her straw with such love she'd be talking about
vagina's being her favorite past time joy carelessly
bumping my boy's leg under the table as I get annoyed
such a strange visit to Eat N Park without Dee ajoined
so weird so absurd our favorite waitress isn't even
here the night is so far off a boy and a girl aloft on
a lonely adventure all their won the b*tch forgot to
give me a straw no tip for her not even a friendly
note grrr the boy wouldn't even let me buy him a
strawberry milkshake because he's being a jerk but
he's my jerk so everything's just fine and it's about
that time to say goodbye maybe I will leave her a
tip...a single dime
