Summer Heat
5 May, 2002
Author: Maranda Berkley
I can't wait till the summer comes
So I can wear my homemade clothes
The tank tops that make girls envy me
I'll ride around in my red jeep
With the windows down
The music up
Tapping my foot with the beat
I'll drive around
Waving to my friends
Giving them a smile
I'll drive 65 on the road to your house
To get there as fast as I can
And I'll pick you up
And take you away with me
As far as I can across the land
And the summer heat
Will make us sweat
Make our body heat rise
Turning us wet
And in my jeep
All our time will be spent
Just you and me
And the back seat...
