I Dream Of A Place

I dream of a place far away
Where the stars always shine in the sky
Where the moon glows like a halo
Where everyone mourns a love who dies
I dream of a place far away
Where you r friends are really your friend
And you know every word out of their mouth is true
Where you can rely on them no matter what
And they know they can rely on you
I dream of a place far away
Where everyone loves their job
And always has the best day of their life
Where a woman meets the perfect man
And that man makes her his wife
I dream of a place far away
Where everything is perfect
I dream of a place far away
And no one feels pain
Where everyone lends a true shoulder to lean on
And never takes things in vain
I dream of a place far away
Where people mean what they say
No one plays mind games
And when you need them most
Your friends don't walk away
I dream of a place far away
That is any place but here
Where courage and strength over power all
And you have nothing to fear
I dream of a place far away
Where my family will be with me
My REAL friends will be by my side
And from all demons, we'll be free
I dream of a place far away
Where I won't cry myself to sleep
Where I will be happy instead of depressed
Where if I die, my soul is the Lord's to keep
I dream of heaven
