Because Of You

Again we meet on this page full of silence,
You’re thoughts and feelings now become entwined with mine,
You’re eyes look deep into the way I move,
You see my words all too deep at times,
Just once I’d like to feel you,
Feel you in that special way that no other could,
For you to touch me with a love meant only for me,
I see you only through the words you write,
You touch every emotion I have inside,
You bring tears to stain my face,
You make me think in ways I never have,
You bring a smile to a face longing to see,
If I were to ask would it be?
If coffee were offered there I’d be,
I’d sit with you near,
I’d hear every word you’re heart could offer,
I’d see your true beauty glow,
You’re hand I’d hold as I look into your soul,
Over words we grew,
Sharing emotions day and night we became,
We touched each other through words alone,
Our life’s together touching now has grown,
Without you I would never have grown,
Without you my words would never flow,
With you near my words run smooth,
Because of you.
