Fragile Rose
13 May, 2004
Author: Tammy
My heart is but a fragile rose
withering in the wind.
Each thorn pierces deep inside my soul.
Tears form like petals on my eyes,
and I am sightless.
My eyes shall never see a cloudless sky,
while my heart remains a fragile rose.

Meridian (152.163.244.56) -- Thursday, May 13 2004, 05:05 pm Hey Tammy! Darn, you're good! Every stanza shows the kind of hurt that you're feeling during your heartbreak..... Fragile rose.... Shedding its last petals, and withering away.... How your heart is bleeding by the thorns and thickets of heartbreak....... Makes me cry..... This is such a tearful moment for me, but I know you'll come through because you have the determination, and the mind-set to cope, even when it's difficult... I'm here for you friend, if you need me!! Have fun Tammy! Smile Tammy, Meridian |
