You Feel Me Near
15 May, 2004
Author: Clive B Ringshall
You turn thinking I’m there once more,
Memories flow from you’re head to your toe,
Once you felt my every touch soft and sweet,
Once you felt my warm breath on your neck,
Once you’d look at me all knowing,
You’d follow my thoughts and believe my dreams,
So many times we shared much more than just sweat,
So many times together our bodies would lay,
Do you still feel our moments of pleasure?
We were parted all to soon,
Hold on to those memories we built everyday,
I still feel you in so many ways my love,
To see you I still do,
Far away I’m not,
If you feel me near believe in me: I touch you often,
If you’re scared and strength comes within,
I love you know as I loved you then,
With you I am still; in a special way,
Move on this you must do,
Live again like you once did,
For all too soon we’ll meet again.

Meridian (205.188.116.200) -- Saturday, May 15 2004, 02:18 pm Hey poetic expert! Very sentimental! It's incredible the way you expound your feelings and emotions toward that special someone whom you miss dearly! I hope you too meet again! As the saying goes, while playing the prominent game, forgot what it's called, am I warm? Meaning, you will be close enough where you can touch each other.... Again, incredible words Clive! Smile and have fun, Meri |
