Just Like That

Little sister
Seemed to be doing fine
Two days later
She left us all behind
Just like that

When Mamma
Got sick and passed away
The sky turned
Ten thousand shades of grey
Just like that

Now if you've got
A spark of love inside your heart
Give it away now
Because the light can turn to dark
Just like that
Oh...oh oh oh
Just like that
Strange how your whole
Life can change
In nothing flat
Oh...oh oh oh
Oh...oh oh oh
Just like that

Leah, thank you sooo much for...

Leah, thank you soooo much for this comment! I am glad you liked it, and even more glad to hear that it made you want to reach out to the people around you whom you love. It's true we never know what the next day, week or year will bring. We don't know. Now is the time to show your love to family and friends! It's a hard job, but somebody's gotta do it! Ha! Ha! Haaa! Thanks again! ***Ben
