God Speaks For Best Friends by Princess Moon

You've come to cause a star to fly within me
A star of everlasting devotion and love
Something that could only come from God
A friend that God could send me from above
You've been there for me so many times
And with this, I thank you for all you've done
God has told me you're as realiable to me
As the earth we live on is to the sun
They both come to rely on each other
Neither would seem right to tear apart
That is something God told me also
That true companionship is to come from the heart
Well I have to tell you something alright
God has caused that heart in our friendship to grow
Though we lack some bet of face to face communication
In God's eyes, that warmth and loyalty has come to show
Show me the everlasting glow of hope for this world
A light of faith that has never come to cease
Instead it's come to be nourished through such friendships
Ans with it has given all the more reason to increase
I trust you because God told me to
God told me to send you this poem from His spirit, the Holy Ghost
It is because of Him that I've written this to you
I have no authority to boast
So do not see this as a poem from my poetic talent so fair
GOd has put the words in my soul to write to you
He also told me to tell you that you're doing a beautiful job
Because He knows that your friendship...is my dream come true

I wrote this poem just a while back for a friend I met. I wrote this for him but I thought I would want to share it with everyone else to let them look at our frienship as well. God is my friendship, He can be in many more! God Bless You All!
