In Your Court
21 May, 2004
Author: Ben Franklin
You really dont know
what your doing to me,
when im in your presence
i feel like a school kid,
young and free.
Im lost for words when i see
you, and you dont know it,
i know you feel the same way,
but we both dont show it.
Your smile and sweet gentle way
make me wanna stop everthing im doing
and marrying you
so i could feel it everyday.
Its been a long time since i felt like this,
is it a state of mind?
or just pure bliss,
i suppose i'll find out
when we have our long awaited
first kiss.

This poem was so lovely, that I felt like Sonic, the Hero, (a cartoon character with super powers)! So you're making choices in the category of love! She makes you feel weak doesn't she? You feel free when you're with her! What a grand poem! CONGRATS BEN! Smiles, Meridian |
