My Heart Cries, In Silence

my heart cries
I do not know why
could this feeling called love
be a reason why?
I await for his love to take me away
and dry these tears that
fall upon my heart
only a dream in my world
of make believe
perhaps the rainbow
will help color him in
and place him gently
into my arms...
and share the love
i have in my lonesome devoted heart
