The Moon's In The Right Place
12 July, 2003
Author: Ben Laney
The planets are right on course
Up in space where they belong
The stars are shining full force
Night-birds are singing our song
On a still night like this
A heart could just overflow
Oh, baby, isn't it bliss
To have each other to hold?
All the world is asleep
And that's perfectly alright
That leaves just you and me
To share this sweet lover's night
Baby, come over here,
Lay your head right next to mine
Because to my heart it's clear
This is the right place and time
The moon's
In the right place
Shining softly
On your bright face
And we can make love
At our own pace
The moon's
In the right place
