I Will Remember You
6 July, 2003
Author: Ben Laney
When I hear a song-bird sing
When I see a kid on a swing
When I smell the roses bloom
When I'm shut inside my room
I will remember you
When I feel the four winds blow
When I think of Mexico
When I board a southbound train
Come sunshine or driving rain
I will remember you
When I walk down by the sea
When I'm in the redwood trees
When I gaze up at the moon
When I play your favorite tune
I will remember you
When my day is at it's end
When I'm with my closest friend
When I go to my home town
For as long as I'm around
I will remember you
I will remember you
And the crazy things
You used to do
Most of all I will recall
The love that
Came shining through
I will remember you
