Tears

She lays in her room
behind tears she lives.
She keeps her friends
and family fooled,
and yet at times herself.
No one knows
how she feels.
No one can help her
though all the pain
that she feels inside.
So she does what she can do
she just lives it through.,
as if nothings wrong
but this pain she feels
will send her
to an early grave.
------- Author's Notes -------
There are times that i keep things to myself that i know i should release but i can not. I write what is true all this pain inside will sure enough send me to an early grave. I hope many of you like my poem. I wrote it about three years ago when I was barely going to turn 12. |
