Is It Too Late?
10 June, 2004
Author: Brett
I'm in a weak state
Hoping and praying it's not too late..
I've made mistakes in the past
But now my mind right now is clearer than glass..
Staring into a mirror I suddenly realize
That there is no companion by my side..
You're so much better than perfection
Yet I still seemed to deny your affection..
What a fool I really used to be
Trying to avoid the other soul within me..
You're without doubt my other half
With you around my heart can't help but beat fast..
It seems almost too good to be true
Because I never really imagined myself being with you..
But I'm now seeing what you saw all along
That us being together could never be wrong..
If only there was a way for you to understand
How truly sorry that I actually am..
I hope you can forgive me at a later date
For trying to aviod what some people call fate..
So I want you to know that I care about you
And it's now up to you, to decide what you want to do

I hope things work out for the best!! I'm right behind you! Keep up the SPLENDIND rhetorical questions and the MarveDivine work..... (That's marvellous and divine together) Smiles, Meridian |
