I've become you
I give aid
to the person on the streets

I'm the one to spoil
a child with love
I embrace a broken heart

I listen with an open heart
I give of myself
until I'm worn out

I get back on my feet
and start over again
I wipe a tear
of someone feeling so alone

I catch a smile of someone
trying so hard to keep from crying
I hear the voice of someone so true
as they sing a verse or two
to a family that has passed on

I am the heart that replaces
all that has gone to waste
I am here to wipe your tears
to soothe your sadden soul

I am here just for you
to hold you up
in the worst storm of your life
as you were once for me..

I am here where I want to be
because you are part of my past
a big part of my present
and a bigger part in my future

and for as long as you need me
I will be near
close your eyes
and I promise you
You'll find me there at your side...

Angels come and go unoticed,

sorry for the delay, i was stuck in traffic heh,thank you for your endearing comment, and yea Clive's poetry in his comments brings it out in me,can't let a moment slip by w/o returnin' the feelin' of the moment..he is the best friend to have around his comments are full of love and hugs..there is someone out there for you all the time..just stop....breath and look around...
