Our Last Night Together
21 June, 2004
Author: Del
There's a big full moon up in the sky,
And here I am with empty arms.
Arms that long so much to hold you,
While enjoying all your loving charms.
America called you, she needed your help.
To keep this great country of ours free.
I'm so very proud of you, my darling,
But I hope soon you will be back here with me.
I keep recalling our last night together,
Those hot hungry lips caressing mine,
Then holding my body so close to you.
No other feeling could feel so devine.
We didn't get much sleep that memorable night,
Which seems like so long ago.
We made passionate love over and over,
Just couldn't let each other go.
I do love you so very much..
There's nothing I wouldn't do for you.
Since our last night together, darling,
I know you have that feeling too.
