Forever In My Heart
16 September, 2002
Author: Alex Kramer
You are to me as one might say, a love,
A friend I have been with through so much,
You are like an angel sent from above,
And in the past I trembled at your touch,
When at first my eyes gazed upon your face,
I longed to have you as my own,
My heart beat at a horrifying pace,
And I, it seemed, was meant to be alone,
But time since then has made our love stronger,
Just a few more years and then we must part,
I beg to God to be with you longer,
For I cannot take one more breaking heart,
And now as I close it seems clear to me,
That I will always be in love with thee.
