I was thinking today, of all the friends, that I've had
Some share their love, others, just, stood by my side
I was thinking today, about, the power of time
How, in his wisdom, he takes, them away

All that remains, is what they, left behind
I still see their faces, still hear, their voices
Time says, some, will have to, move on
To better places, yet, never far, from this heart of mine

Sometimes, I think about, the power of time
Time never, takes away their friendship or, their love
All that we shared, I keep, here, safe in my heart

Clive, how right your are, time is a blade that cuts away, sometimes with mercy, sometimes, with such pain.

As you said, time can be good, time can be bad. I pray the we all, will see, the time, when all of us, once again, with them, all of our loving friends, when time, brings us all..., together again.

time has the power to give someone strength to love and be loved, and become a oart of ones life whether past, present or furure.sometimes it can make you or break you..time can be a healthy part of an extended space that brings one closer to those that touch our lifes...i loved this on time...excellent choice of such powerful words..
