I Laugh
29 June, 2004
Author: Dragonsinger
i laugh with a crazy glitter in my eyes
this energy overwhelms me....
this energy
from the beautiful, dazzling emptiness
the purity that comes
with the burning clean of fasting
i run with a crazy glitter in my eyes
i dont need i dont want
i am strong
so strong
this glorious pain.... how it fills me!
i dream with a crazy glitter in my eyes
i feel light and pure and perfect
images dance in my head...
faeries
with ribs showing bright
and i know i am one
my wings are so delicate
i dance with a crazy glitter in my eyes
i have shown you, shown everyone
just how strong i can be
watch me shrink into nothingness...
i feel my bones
hear my bones
know my bones
and i breathe with a crazy glitter in my eyes
watch me die
watch me fade
with this razor-sharp strength
that i love
that i cherish
that i hate
that i loathe
but i know i cannot leave it....
i cry with a crazy glitter in my eyes
dizzy
i float
somewhere far away...
we watch each other
you with your food
mocking
i with my hard-earned fragility
mocking right back
and i laugh
so bitterly, a laugh of pain
encaged cry for help
futile
never to be answered
i laugh
with a crazy glitter in my eyes
