Concrete Bed
1 July, 2004
Author: Ben Franklin
I've been living In this station for two years now,
thats my concrete bed under that bridge,
bloody fleas!there always making me
itch!!!!
It was my choice to leave home,
im a burden to my Mother and Farther,
though I do miss their smiles and laughter
The station is my home now,
I will sweep up the crumbs around your feet
if you could spare me somthing to eat?
I've been spat on,
kicked,beaten and get called scum,
these are the times i cry out for my Mum,
but I've got to be a man now
even though im only nine,
but dont worry folks,
im sure i will be just fine.
