Look At You Now
1 July, 2004
Author: Ben Franklin
I never understood why you did it?
why you sent me home crying myself to sleep everynight,
walking past me in the corridor saying things like.. ''look at that ugly site''.
I never put up a fight,
maybe i should of,
thinking about it i dont even know if i could of.
but things change,
look at you now,
old before your time and lonely,
feel guilty?
Blow me!!

mandy steder (205.213.111.50) -- Monday, May 1 2006, 06:32 pm that is great. i cant believe the power in the poem. that is terrible what happened, and i can totally relate to wanting to fight back and not wanting to. isnt it great to see the person now, all miserable? |
Ben f (82.2.255.18) -- Monday, May 1 2006, 08:46 pm Thanks for your comment mandy, but actually now I have grown with my attitude no it is not great to see them miserable. what would be great is that they see the error of their ways, then we could be both be at peace. once again thanks for reading. |
