A Favour From The Sun
13 July, 2004
Author: Pamela O'Brien
Goddess of the sky
Commonly kown as the sun
Shed some light upon me
And the person I have become
Bring into focus
All of the colors
Which have blended into one
And be sure to summon your sister
Before the day is done
So she can glisten gently
And spread rumors to the stars
And I can blossom beautifully
Both in the daylight, and the dark........

MartinV (63.185.64.203) -- Thursday, July 15 2004, 07:27 pm Pam, I'm sure the sun, will speak to the moon and say your name. I also, believe, the moon will say, I know her name, like you my brother sun, I have seen her life and heart change. So, my brother sun, what say, you and I get together, be honest with her heart, and tell her, if it was not for her loving heart, we would not exist. Love This Heart, Felt Gift. MartinV |

Pamela (66.225.130.57) -- Friday, July 16 2004, 06:46 pm Awesome reaction from the crowd! I am lovin' it! Thanks so much for your wonderful compliments. This piece was the first for me in quite some time and I felt it didn't convey my feelings as strongly as I would have liked - but apparantly it did! Thanks again, perhaps the feedback will encourage me to write more....... :o) |
