Church Of The World

They need to believe,
And believe they do,
In anything that proves,
worthwhile to their cause,
Where are the Gods?
Were is the light,
And while we wait,
The world cries.
Self-righteousness swathed,
In good intentions,
That’s what they are,
And what are we?
What are we?!
We’re nothing.
Yet only the guilty,
Look for amnesty,
Oh, so much guilt,
What are they hiding?!
Ha! I can see their faces,
They know I know,
But no one knows they true path;
I know nothing,
But the way to my own salvation.
Puppets to the puppeteers,
Gods to human mean the same;
How can I be blamed for my actions,
When I do what God intents?
And the Gods hate whomever we hate,
We were created in their image…
But Gods can’t hate?
Who is who’s creation?
Think,
See,
Feel,
Know…
