I Love This Silly, Girl

I, touch your hand, feel, the softness of your skin
You place your hand, upon my chest, you silly, girl
Then, you pull my hair, and I jerk away, but not from you
Got to go mow the lawn, take your hand, away
You smile, say okay, go cut your grass, you nasty man, do want needs to be done
I’m sweaty, have no shirt on, wearing those tennis shoes
You bought for me, last month. I’m riding the lawn mower
Sweat, pouring down my face and chest, then, you come out
Ice tea in your hand, I drive the mower, Over to you
Its, so, so good, the way, you care for me, I take a sip
Then, I feel your hand, upon, my chest, you pull at the hair
How, I can get anything done, with your love, all over me
God, I love the week-ends, fixing things, a picture is off-center
You smile at me, and say, would you please, I walk away
From the Nascar race, just, to please you, oh, you silly girl
You have to much, control over me from sun-light to star-light
The phone rings, you say, I’ll send him right over
The neighbor, an elderly lady, says to you, my baby got out
Can you possibly help, she is all I have, don’t know, where she has gone
I took my shower, feeling so good, then you, want me, to find her cat?
I’m barely, dry, hardly a thing on, then you put your hand, upon my chest
I hold you close, making my move, going for a kiss, then you ask
What about her cat? I start to reply, then you pull my hair
Once again, with clothes on this time, I’m out the front door
I love our neighbor to, she is all a lone
Her husband, recently, passed away, has no one
But, that silly cat, I found her in the back yard
She was doing fine, laying under, the air conditioning vent
I picked her up, she purred in my arms, I rang the front door bell
I started to say, here is your mangy cat, I couldn’t say that
So, I found your baby, she was just playing around
Have a good day, then the old lady, she started to cry
I went back home, set down again, the Nascar race, was about to end
Then, you came over, picked up my tennis shoes, I forgot to take
Them to our room, As you bent down, I wrapped my arms around
You, and pulled you close, said, baby I love you
All you did was smile, as I felt, the softness, of your hand
You placed your cheek, upon my chest, I knew, what was coming next
You pulled my hair, I screamed out loud, but you know what?
It didn’t hurt a bit, oh, I love, this silly girl.

Martin Vann (63.185.64.157) -- Tuesday, July 20 2004, 09:04 pm Meridian, Thank you for reading me, no, she is not a silly girl, she is more woman, than, most men will ever know. The hair upon my chest, with loving playfullness, she pulls, both not to hurt me. I Love, this silly, girl, she is my world, I would dig a ditch in cement, if, she ask me to. Her heart is so, full of love, like a puppy, six months old, she, she shares, all her playyfull love with me. I would dig a ditch in cement, with an ice pick, if she asked me to, Yes, she is a silly girl, thank you lord, for giving, her to my lonely heart. Sorry, Meridian, I feel as if, I'm writting to my self again, yet you know, I love her so, this, Silly Girl. Thanks, Meridian MartinV |
