I've always felt immune
To all feelings of love
Thought they'd never reach me
But when I think of you
My heart just breaks
The tears come
Quickly and dont seem to stop
You, my first love
Who now I know
Never did love me
I should have known better
Then to even try
Something in the back
Of my head echoed
The word "no..."
But I didnt listen to it
And all I have left is hurt
I love they way you look at me
When you think I've lost my mind
And the way you look at me
When I'm unexpectedly kind
The look you give me
When your in pain
Tears me up inside
Especially when that pain
Was from me
I want so desperatly for you
To understand
What I feel for you
