Curse Of The Wolf
28 July, 2004
Author: Andrew James Ball
The moon is creeping over the hill,
I feel its power growing in me,
You better run for your life,
For soon I’ll lose control and the
Monster in me will be coming out.
I can’t control the beast anymore,
For the moon’s light has awaken the
Demon buried deep inside.
The moon has brought the wolf within me out,
I fear that it’s coming after you,
So bar your doors and windows,
And pray that I may not find you.
The howling of this monster is getting louder,
As it runs towards you,
Maybe it will pass and never find you,
For it hungers for a piece of your living flesh.

Meridian (152.163.253.8) -- Wednesday, July 28 2004, 07:38 am This poem reminds me of the 4 versions of the movie, intitled "The Howling"... About a man, who shared the characteristics of a wolf and a vampire.... And every night, he would change into this hideous beast, and destroy people's lives one by one.... Very good description! First poem I've ever read about this! Great read! Keep it up! Smiles, Meridian |
