What Does, Life, Feel Like?

You wake up, roll onto your side and say, geez
Its all about, to start again, then, you close your eyes,
Roll, over again, to the other side, then, you feel

Your hands, are stretched out, high up, into the clouds
Feel the moisture, that you only, smelled before
Just before, the clouds, opened up, and sent their treasure down

First time in your life, you, had felt the touch, of life
Your, hands raised so, high, you feel, the thunderbolts
All they do, is tickle your fingers, and fire, up your heart

In your heart, you hear, the thunder, a pussy cat, saying
I give you life, reach up for me, All my love for you,
Is coming down, to you, roll over, and just, enjoy life

Think about the rain drop, on your window pain,
Enjoy, all the colors of the rainbow, on your window sill
So, much like, your reaching, out to touch the clouds

With, the tender touch of your finger-tip, you can send
This, rain drop’s, rainbow, cascading to oblivion
To the bottom of, the, window sill, of your heart

You see, an autumn leaf, softly, falling to the ground
You, see, as you feel, life, coming back around
Nothing ever dies, if, love is there
