Dracula
30 July, 2004
Author: Andrew James Ball
I am the voice of the night,
All who see me tremble in fear,
Those who worship the night,
Believe in my power,
For at the midnight hour,
The wicked shall feel my power.
I am the most feared creature of the night,
All who meet me cower in fear for their lives,
Some wish to be me,
But when I give them eternal life,
They only become a mirror’s image of me,
For no creature can walk like me.
I am the first and oldest of my kind,
Perhaps one day I’ll find one,
Who has not been bitten,
But born into darkness like me.
I am the hero of the night,
I am the one, who will save us from the sun’s light,
I am the vampire Dracula.

Vampyr Tears (64.110.201.153) -- Friday, July 30 2004, 08:09 pm I love it! I'm fascinated by vampires and the myths surrounding them. You make Dracula sound so powerful, which he truly is. Nice job. |
