To have you in my life,
Gives me strength each day to travel on,
To feel you next to my naked skin,
Give’s me hope that we'll one day be.
To miss you in my heart,
Lets me know how much I want you near,
To sleep at night,
Without you to touch,
Leaves an empty hole inside my soul,
To wake each morning and your not there beside me,
Brings a shiver of knowing I still am alone,
To see you're there in all I write,
Gives me comfort that it will all work out right,
To know you still love me deep inside,
Gives me hope that one day you'll be mine.
