This, Is What I Say
30 July, 2004
Author: ShyHeart
Like you, I love someone special, as I have never loved,
Anyone, before. This has been going on, since, I can’t remember
When. Sometimes, she thinks, she did, something, to hurt me
She cries, tries, to apologize, and this is what, I say to her…,
I walked into, this quiet room, saw a lady, wearing only, see through-silk
I could see, everything. Yet, my heart’s eye, could not get past, her heart
I was only, interested, in this silken, ladies heart.
Then, as I turned to walk away, I heard, this lady ask?
Don’t you want me? And I replied… you, are, already mine, you, have shown,
Me your heart, I have no, other need, least of all, an apology.
