Give Me Wings
7 August, 2004
Author: Ben Franklin
There you are standing on the
corner again,
getting girls
seeling drugs,
you really do think your living in the fast lane,
My friend has changed since he met you,
in class highest IQ,
now with all the crap you have sold him it seems he hasnt got a clue!
Old folks walkin past and you still their hat?
can you blame jimmy comming out and giving you a
good old whack!
Hoodies up at night,
stare ring,
plotting,
waiting for the next vulnerable person for you to fight,
remember josh?you beat him up so bad in one eye he
lost his sight,
God give me wings so I can just take flight

Just by reading your words, they express so much, as if I can hear the tone in your voice.... I listened attentively, by reading line by line..... You want wings to fly away to a safer environment eh? I'm going with ya! Hahaha..... Great piece of work! Smiles, Meri |
