Papa Joe
everyday I passed you by
we always smiled at one another
and greeted with a great big Hi

I want you to know
you became my friend long long ago
way before that day

you took my hand and said a prayer
for my soul to allow me to move on
you knew my pain
the spirits freed and carried it away

God heard you prayer
in your native tongue
this I know
cause my heart hurts no more
today
my tears come down only a few

my passion I share thru my words
my love I share through my heart
both are shared in my soul

I pray for God to use me
so I may share with all that breath
this life

Papa-Joe
my words of love
I express to you
as your love
for Christ impressed me so

God bless you for eternity..
a friend for life I have in you
until God calls one of us
away

your the dad that I lost
a gift fom God a second chance
like getting my dad back all over again

I'm honored and proud to say
I love you Papa Joe
may this be a
memorable Birthday
for you
