Ward 18
26 August, 2004
Author: Ben Franklin
A 92 year old woman to the left
a 98 year old woman in front,
Pat in the corner there
talking to her son,
these humans are dying in front of my eyes,
but they stay brave
and never cry,
winifred's nephew came into visit the other
day
but for the life of her she coulndnt remember his
name
but she enjoyed the company all the same,
Pat was hallucinating last night
kept asking the wall if it wanted to fight!!
it never gave a reply,
Iv'e grown close to these people in ward 18,
it has proved to me that life is a great
thing!!!
